Patient Feedback

In November 2016, Pure Dental Centre ran a patient feedback survey following a training day with Denplan. We asked 191 patients and asked them what they liked and disliked about the practice with any ideas for improvements. 

The majority of feedback was very positive feedback. 63% of you commented on the friendly staff and how involved you felt in the "fun and laughter" around the practice. Other comments included; relaxed atmosphere, well motivated staff, efficient and caring. A large number of people also commented on the personal service and the fact that dentists remember who they are and that they "matter as a patient".  

Patients said they feel they get a high standard of care at Pure Dental Centre, they are impressed by the quality of treatment and communication regarding their treatment from the dentists and hygienists and comment that ‘all of the families teeth and gums feel safe coming here’.

These positive comments are very important to all the staff here as we strive for the highest standard of care and personal attention for each individual patient.

We had few negative comments but we did have some ideas for improvement, many of which we have actioned or are planning to action.

We had comments regarding improving our website, which is what you are viewing this information on. There was a suggestion to update the decor in the practice which is already planned for later on in 2017. Due to appointment availability we had a comment that another dentist may be an option which we are currently in looking into.

The parking availability was mentioned both positively and negatively. In this case the positives outweigh the negatives and presently there is nothing we can do to change the situation.
